An Uncompromising System
The Canadian pork industry puts quality above all else, here's how:

Suppliers playing a key role through the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HAACP) certification program.
The hog population is disease-free and is raised in a controlled environment.
The slaughtering process is monitored from start to finish by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
Once the meat passes inspection, it is given the Canadian Government's stamp of approval before being chilled or frozen for delivery.
